LSU-'Bama. This is going to be the 2nd time this season that these 2 teams will play each other. The difference between this game and last game has much larger implications. The winner of this game will be crowned as National Champs. The first time these 2 teams played this season it was an epic battle of heart and determination. LSU managed to win the game in overtime, 9-6. This game will be a battle of defense in my opinion. Both of these teams have an amazing offense but defense wins championships. LSU's beast run stopping lineman will collide with the fierce ground attack of Alabama. The winner of this game will be Alabama in my opinion. Alabama has massive lineman that will do well to stop the run, and they will also pressure the quarterback. On the other side of the ball, Alabama's rushing attack is led by Trent Richardson, Heisman candidate. LSU's defense is good, but it will be hard to stop the Tide. As they did in the Georgia game, LSU will have to rely on their special teams to make big plays and give them good field position. With most of the big playmakers in this game wearing maroon, all I can say is ROLL TIDE.
I do not agree with you. I think that LSU will win the rematch again because Jordan Jefferson has been playing better recently than he did against Alabama is the first time they played each other. Also, LSU has found more balance in their offense by being able to have four running backs instead of only two. I also think that if you give Les Miles enough time to prepare for a game, then there are almost no teams that are able to beat you.
I do not agree with you either, LSU is a better team then they were when they first played Alabama and they got the momentum going from last week’s win over Georgia. I will say, however; that Alabama will have momentum too, knowing that their only loss is to LSU, but I still think LSU will win.
